Arts Project Australia is heading to Sydney as part of SPRING 1883. Taking place at The Establishment Hotel from 6-9 September, the event will see Arts Project team up with New York gallery DUTTON to share one of the incredible penthouse suites.

Over the three days we’ll display a unique and intriguing collection of works by artists including Samraing Chea, Alan Constable, Patrick Francis, Ian Gold, Paul Hodges, Miles Howard-Wilks, Kate Knight, Julian Martin, Chris Mason, Warren O’Brien, Lisa Reid, Anthony Romagnano and Terry Williams (plus more to be announced!). Collectively, these artists have exhibited at National Gallery of Victoria, ACCA, Artspace, Gertrude Contemporary, West Space, Bundoora Homestead, Darren Knight Gallery and MONA (where three Arts Project artists are currently showing as part of The Museum of Everything exhibition).

SPRING 1883 was established in 2014 by Geoff Newton (Director, Neon Parc), Vikki McInnes and Kate Barber (Directors, Sarah Scout Presents) and Vasili Kaliman (art advisor), and first presented at The Hotel Windsor in Melbourne. Through its intervention into a hotel’s context, SPRING 1883 sees the traditional art fair model replaced with a boutique site for dialogue and interaction between galleries, artists and collectors.
